CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option.

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details, and a link to track your parcel online.

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded

Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

Shipping Availability
Delivery is available in the US only. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, additional time is required for delivery. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size. P.O. box delivery is available.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

  1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
  2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 7 days from the delivery date.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was first placed.
